Greatest distance covered on a treadmill in one week (female)

The greatest distance covered on a treadmill in one week (female) is 846.16 km (525.77 mi), and was achieved by Emma Timmis (New Zealand), in Christchurch, New Zealand, between 9-16 June 2024.

Emma has previously held 3 GWR titles for other stamina related challenges but she explains that this one was the most challenging of them all. She says:

"When I reflect upon the event, the pain and suffering is just a small part.

What really stands out for me is the power of connection and support. My crew and the people involved with the Speed Freaks charity showed so much love to me and went far beyond what was ever expected.

Through this event I learned that achievement is nothing without the people, the love, the compassion and the stories to be told many years into the future."
