Highest annual earnings for a film actor (current year)

According to estimates published by Forbes on 6 March 2024, the highest-earning film actor of 2023 was Adam Sandler (USA), who reportedly earned $73 million (£57 million) in that calendar year.

Much of Sandler’s income is attributed to a deal with Netflix, for whom he produced three films in 2023: Murder Mystery 2, Leo and You’re So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah. He also performed 44 stand-up comedy shows across the USA.
