The most people running one mile in a 24 hour relay is 206 participants, and was achieved by By-Health Keylid-High Flex, Run2442, Yodo Sports and Culture Sports Press Publication Broadcasting Television Bureau of Ezhou Municipality Hubei Province (all China) in Ezhou, Hubei, China, on 16 September 2018.
The attempt took place in Mingtang stadium, there were 207 participants in total, but the last participant could not finish 1 mile within 24 hours, so the final result is 206 participants.
The fastest runner ran their mile in 5 minutes 26.76 seconds, and the slowest runner took more than 13 minutes.
