First Batman villain introduced in a videogame

The villainous Sin Tzu, from the 2003 Ubisoft video game Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu, was the first official Batman villain to be introduced in a video game, rather than in a comic book. The character was created by writer Flint Dille and artist Jim Lee, and DC Comics produced a promotional novel and toys to mark the event.
