The highest altitude bicycle competition measures 5,110.702 m (16,767 ft) and was achieved by Langkazi County People's Government and the Bureau of Education and Sports of Langkazi County (both China), supported by Xizang Ludekangzang Sports Culture Development Co., Ltd. (China) in Shannan City, Xizang Autonomous Region, China, on 7 September 2025.
The route of the bicycle competition runs along Lake Phuma Yumtso, and the entire course, located at an altitude of over 5,000 meters, is about 34 km long.
