The most people tying a knot in a relay is 270 and was achieved by Ninapharm in partnership with LVMH, AXA, Alsace Wines (All France) at the France Pavilion Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan on 14 September 2025.

This was the second record attempt organized by Ninapharm at the France Pavilion of EXPO Osaka 2025.

The vision for the challenge was created by Femmes du Monde, an organization supported by Ninapharm that is dedicated to empowering women worldwide.

Inspired by the pavilion’s theme, 'Hymn of Love' and 'Red Thread of Love,' each participant, one after another, tied a knot in a red thread that flowed from a thousand-year-old olive tree at the heart of the pavilion.
