The youngest anti-bullying activist (male) is Cavanaugh Bell (USA, b. 20 November 2012), who was aged 6 years 45 days when he founded Cool & Dope in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA, on 4 January 2019.
Bell founded the anti-bullying and suicide prevention non-profit with the help of his mum, Llacey Simmons.
His mission is to eradicate bullying by his 18th birthday in 2030.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Bell raised $37,787 (£29,445) and provided over 10,000 individuals with care packages.
As an avid baseball player, the now 12-year-old (as of 2025) is currently campaigning against bullying in sports. He is sharing the message that anyone can be an athlete, regardless of their size, and has produced an online course from which a portion of the proceeds will provide training for a baseball player in need.
Bell has been championed by public figures and news outlets such as Kamala Harris, Barbra Streisand and Forbes, and in 2020, he appeared on NBC’s Little Big Shots (USA).
