The first undisputed four-belt heavyweight boxing champion is Oleksandr Usyk (Ukraine), who defeated Tyson Fury on 18 May 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to hold the WBA, WBO, WBC and IBF heavyweight belts.

Oleksandr Usyk defeated Tyson Fury by split decision to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion for 24 years – and the first in the four-belt era. He was also only the third man to achieve the feat at two weights, having also unified the belts at cruiserweight. In June 2024, Usyk was forced to relinquish his IBF heavyweight title as he was unable to make a mandatory defence of the title.
