Largest feet ever (female)

The largest feet ever recorded on a woman measured 35.5 cm (1 ft 2 in), in the case of Zeng Jinlian (China, 26 June 1964–13 February 1982), who was the world's tallest woman at the time and who remains the tallest ever measured. She required a UK/US-size 20 or 21 shoe (European 56).

Zeng was born in Yujiang village in the Bright Moon Commune, Hunan Province. She reportedly stood as tall as her 156.2-cm (5-ft 1.5-in) mother at the age of just three years old, and by the time she was a teenager, she had surpassed 7 ft (213.3 cm). Her hands and feet were measured when she was 16 years old, during a medical investigation, and are likely to have increased in length, as Zeng was still growing at that time.
