The most freestyle skiing medals won at a single Winter Olympic Games by a female is 3 and was achieved by Eileen Gu (China) at the XXIV Olympic Winter Games in Beijing, China, on 18 February 2022.

Eileen Gu won the gold medal in Women's Freeski Big Air on 8 February, a silver medal in Women's Freeski Slopestyle on 15 February and clinched her second gold in Women's Freeski Halfpipe on 18 February. No freestyle skier had ever won three medals in three different events at an Olympic Winter Games previously.
