Most carrots chopped in one hour (team)

A team of six chefs from the Royal Castle Hotel (UK) peeled and chopped 224.98 kg (496 lb) of carrots in one hour at the English Riviera Centre, Torquay, Devon, UK on 21 November 1997. The event was held to raise £1,400 for the BBC's Children In Need.
