The largest crayfish tasting event consists of 280 participants and was achieved by JU HUA SUAN of Alibaba Group (China) in Honghu, Hubei, China, on 17 May 2021.
Crayfish is one of the popular foods in China. The attempt was one of the key activities in Honghu crayfish festival, the organiser prepared three different flavours of cooked crayfish for participants.
