The highest speed attained on a ski-bob is 204.43 km/h (127.03 mph) by Romuald Bonvin (Switzerland) during the Mondial Pro Speed Skiing at Les Arcs, Rhone-Alpes, France, on 19 April 2006.
Ski-bob is a sport governed by the FISB although this record took place at the annual Speed Skiing World Championships held at the Club des Sports in Les Arcs in France. Bonvin broke his previous record set in 2003.
