At 88 metres in height, the 28 storey Bolueta apartment building in Bilbao, Spain, is the tallest residential building in the world to meet the Passive House Institute standards for energy efficiency, comfort and affordability Completed in 2018, it was designed by Spanish architect Germán Velázquez.
