Most digital sales of a PC videogame (current)

Bluehole, Inc's PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) achieved the most digital sales of any PC videogame in 2017, selling 26,868,058 digital copies – according to figures from SuperData. The open-world first-person survival shooter was first released onto Steam's early access beta program in March 2017 and later received a full digital release on 20 December 2017. It was also released for Xbox One via Microsoft's Xbox Game Preview program on 12 December 2017. In PUBG players face-off against 99 other combatants in a battle royal-style setting. The winner is the last player standing.
