The most people playing heads or tails simultaneously is 270 and was achieved by KLN Logistics Group Limited and UNICEF HK (both China) in Hong Kong SAR, China, on 27 April 2025.

The organizer, KLN Logistics Group Limited (KLN) hopes to let the next generation learn about coins and the history of Hong Kong by challenging the world record for the “Most People Playing Heads or Tails Simultaneously”. 286 participants used coins no longer in circulation, provided by UNICEF HK to learn that every currency has two sides, one with a "Head" and one with a "Tail". They then used the coins to form a sculpture. The funds raised through this campaign would be donated to UNICEF HK.
