Fastest-selling smartphone game

The fastest-downloaded mobile game of all time is Temple Run 2 (Imangi Studios, 2013). The game was released on 17 January 2013. Within two weeks it had been downloaded 50 million times by owners of Android, iOS and Kindle devices. That works out at 3.85 million installs a day, or 45 every second. The record was previously held by Angry Birds Space (Rovio, 2012), which took 35 days to hit the 50 million mark.
