Thousands of students and community members gathered to celebrate the 60th birthday of Ohio State’s beloved mascot, Brutus, the Buckeye nut. The university marketed the event as “the biggest birthday party ever” and participants got a party hat, cupcake, and ice cream! The event was hosted by “Kindness at Ohio State - The Office of Student Life” to bring people together. They encouraged students to bring a friend or roommate and make new ones at this event.
